RETURN TO RUN
A Safe, Structured Path Back to Running
Built for bodies returning from injury, time off, or life changes
Running is high-impact. Your return should be intentional.
Our Return to Run Program, in collaboration with Holmes Physical Therapy, is a progressive, coach-led program designed to help individuals rebuild strength, stability, and confidence before (and while) returning to running — without rushing, guessing, or risking re-injury.
This program bridges the gap between “I’ve been cleared” and “I feel strong, supported, and ready to run.”
This program is for you if:
You’re returning to running after injury, pregnancy, or an extended break
You’ve been cleared to run but don’t feel confident doing it yet
You experience discomfort, instability, or fear around running (hips, knees, back, core, pelvic floor, etc.)
You want to run without pain, leaking, or compensations
You want a clear, progressive plan instead of guessing or Googling
You value learning how to run safely and sustainably
Postpartum participants are welcome (6+ weeks vaginal birth, 8+ weeks C-section, or cleared by provider), but this program is appropriate for any body needing a smart return to running.
No current running experience required — just a desire to move well and build confidence.
