FULL BODY CIRCUIT
An efficient, full-body circuit that combines strength, cardio, mobility, and core in one powerful session. Expect weights, bands, sliders, and more—all designed to keep things fun, functional, and scalable for all levels.
METCON
This metabolic conditioning class delivers a full-body burn with 10 exercises cycled through 3 rounds. Expect a dynamic mix of strength, cardio, and core work designed to boost endurance, build power, and leave you feeling unstoppable. All fitness levels welcome.
STRONGER
Build strength and confidence with this functional training class focused on muscle, mobility, and power. Through progressive lifts and intentional movement, you’ll learn to move better and feel stronger—no matter your starting point.
RUNSTRONG
Designed for runners and movers of all kinds, this class blends strength training, mobility work, and run-specific drills to help you build endurance, prevent injury, and feel powerful on the move. Whether you're training for a race or just love to run, this class will support your stride.
PILATES POWER
Low impact, high reward. This Pilates and barre-inspired class uses light weights and props to sculpt, strengthen, and stretch. Build deep core strength, improve flexibility, and connect mind to movement. Great for all levels—especially those seeking balance, energy, and body awareness.
MOM + ME
Most of our class formats have a Mom + Me option where your child(ren (of any age) can join us, explore the playroom, or simply enjoy being part of your movement. Whether you’re recently postpartum, chasing toddlers, or just craving connection, bring your kiddo(s) and move with us.
LIFT + LENGTHEN
This class combines the best of both worlds—30-35 minutes of functional strength training followed by 10–15 minutes of guided stretching and mobility work. Build strength, stability, and power, then restore balance with intentional recovery designed to release tension and improve flexibility. You’ll leave feeling strong, refreshed, and ready to take on whatever comes next.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
Slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body. Restorative Yoga uses gentle, supported postures held for longer periods of time to encourage deep relaxation and stress relief. With the aid of props and mindful breathing, this practice calms the nervous system, improves mobility, and promotes overall balance in both body and mind. Perfect for all levels, Restorative Yoga is your opportunity to pause, reset, and restore.
FAMILY YOGA
Family Yoga is a chance for you and your kiddos to get their wiggles out, laugh, play, connect with others, and explore the world of yoga in a fun way! This class offers creative yoga sequences, games, songs, stories and a craft.

Our studio is located at 102 Bridge Road in Salisbury, MA, with outdoor classes offered in both Newburyport and Salisbury (seasonally).
If you're registering for a class with childcare, please be sure to register for the number of children you're bringing. For kids’ classes, register each child (ages 8 months and up) unless otherwise noted.
Cancellation / No-Show Policy: We understand life happens! We kindly ask for at least 90 minutes' notice if you need to cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a $10 fee.

We offer a wide range of fitness classes including strength training, run club, barre, HIIT, mobility, and more. Classes are designed to meet you where you are—whether you're postpartum, training for a race, or just looking to move and connect.

Yes! You can bring your children to any Mom + Me Class. We welcome all ages; and these classes are intended to help moms with new babies feel comfortable getting back into the studio.

These classes are built for you and your little one, of any age, to share movement, connection, and joy—whether your child is snuggled beside you, exploring nearby, or working out alongside you. All classes include pre/postnatal modifications and a welcoming vibe for all stages of motherhood. Feel free to bring babies in car seat, bring a blanket or boppy (we have a few on-site too), and anything your child may need. We ask that you only bring water and allergy-friendly snacks, and label any personal items.

We know that finding time for yourself can be a challenge—so we’ve built childcare right into your wellness experience. Childcare is offered during select morning and evening classes in our Kids Room, a warm welcoming space where they can play, explore and feel safe with adult supervision. Check the schedule for the “Childcare” class listing and time. Simply pre-register your child/children. Childcare is included with Unlimited Membership or available as a drop in for each child for non-members. Only water and allergy-friendly snacks are welcome in the Kids Room. Please label personal items and let staff know of any allergies.

All of our classes are designed to meet you where you are, and offer modifications and advancements for all levels. If you prefer a focus on form, breath, core restore, and reconnecting with your body, we recommend Pilates Power. If you are seeking a little more strength/heavy lifting and/or cardio check out our MetCon, Stronger and Full Body Circuit. No matter what class you choose, you will never feel behind and our community will support you the whole way.

Yes! Movement is always better with a friend—and we make it easy to share the love. Once you’ve created an account, you’ll find your personal referral link and code at the bottom of every class sign-up email and inside your member portal. When a friend uses your link or code to join the studio, you’ll receive a $15 credit on your account as a thank-you for spreading the momentum. If you're an Unlimited Studio Member, you also get two guest passes each month to bring friends along for the ride—no strings, just good vibes and shared sweat. You must register guests for class.
