RESTORE POSTPARTUM PROGRAM
This small-group program is designed specifically for postpartum women (whether you’re 6 weeks or 6 years past delivery).
We’ll guide you through safe, effective, and progressive workouts that rebuild your core, restore strength, and help you move with energy in everyday life.
PROGRAM DETAILS:
Dates: 6 week session, starting January 6th
Times: Tuesdays at 10:30 AM
Format: Small group, capped at 10 participants for individualized support
Includes 6 in person sessions, two virtual sessions with Coord Health on nutrition support, virtual resources, our on-demand library of classes, and more
WHAT YOU GET:
Foundational Strength Training – Core, pelvic floor, and functional strength work designed for postpartum bodies with Guided Progression – Each week builds on the last, so you feel stronger, steadier, and more capable.
Expert Coaching – Led by mom and certified pre/postpartum trainer Kristen Bonito, who understands the unique needs of postpartum recovery.
Nutrition Support - Nutrition guidance with two virtual workshops, led by Coord Health, a virtual nutrition counseling service for women (held January 6th and 13th at 7:00pm)
Community + Connection – Connect with other moms who get it—no pressure, no judgment.
Confidence Beyond the Gym – Feel the difference in daily life—lifting, running, playing with your kids.
At-Home Workouts - Access to our on-demand library of workouts, for all levels
