Turkey Turf Classic Field Hockey Tournament
Momentum Fit Studio and Maples Crossing have put together an inaugural Thanksgiving Youth Field Hockey Classic, bringing together young athletes from surrounding communities for a day of competition, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun.
Join us for the Turkey Turf Classic on November 28th at Maples Crossing in Amesbury
For grades 3-8.
Holiday Glow Run/Walk 2026
Join Momentum Fit Studio + Run Club for our annual GLOW RUN: a fun night of running/walking in the dark, with glow sticks and a group of fabulous ladies in Newburyport.
Please register so we know to expect you (and how many glow sticks we need). All levels welcome.
**Glow sticks will be provided, but feel free to wear or bring your own GLOW-anything!! :)
Big Feelings Confident Parenting Workshop
This interactive workshop will help caregivers better understand what may be happening underneath their child’s behavior and provide practical strategies they can actually use at home. We’ll talk about behavior as communication, emotional regulation and co-regulation, responding to big feelings in the moment, setting boundaries while still supporting your child, and simple tools that can make everyday routines and challenging moments feel more manageable.
