Special event rentals include:

  • 2 hour time slot for your event (additional time available by request and for a fee)

  • Access to the studio 30-45 minutes before your event for set up

  • Large parking lot directly outside of the studio for your guests

  • Access to our private bathroom, complete with a changing table for little ones

  • Access to our children's playroom and toys (can move to side room if needed)

  • The use of four (4) x 6', height adjustable, folding tables & three (3) children’s sized picnic tables, and seven (7) kid stools

  • A vacuum & broom for easy clean up

  • Trash bags 

  • Storage area for guest belongings

  • Bluetooth sound system access

  • Ability to bring in your own food & drinks

Hosting your Event - Additional Details

After completing our inquiry form, we will reach out to you to secure important information. We will create a contract when you decide to move forward - once your contract has been signed, a non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remainder to be collected the day of the event via check or cash. ALL guests must sign a waiver prior to arrival - the waiver link will be sent to your guests by you via email.

Event Host Responsibility

  • Host provides: serving ware, food, birthday candles, cake knife, tablecloths if desired, dessert table tablecloth, all refreshments, paper towels, paper goods. 

  • Event hosts are expected to take all trash and debris with them when the event concludes. There is a dumpster in the back of the building for easy disposal.

  • Food and drink are permitted in the studio. Please no glass, and we ask that you please serve allergy-friendly food. 

  • All guests are required to comply with studio and safety rules at all times. Children must be accompanied by a caregiver.

  • The event hosts are required to sign a waiver on behalf of all their guests attending the event. All guests (adults and kids) are required to wear socks in our space, and leave shoes at the door. 

    Additional information will be listed on your event contract for review and approval.

    I have hosted two birthday parties and attended one more. All have been perfect parties - It is a bright and airy space with plenty of room for eating / snacks / activities - it has the comforts of home but it isn't your house - the best case for a kid party! Kristen is wonderful to work with and full of great ideas to make the party a success. It's a perfect middle ground between a party at a big expensive place where you pay per head and something casual at your house. I would definitely recommend doing a party here!

Kristen had great suggestions for the layout of the studio.  It was an ideal set up- the kids loved playing in the playroom and there was plenty of space for food and socializing in the bigger studio room. We had a blast! Highly recommend this space for kids of any age really! .

The kids had a blast with the open play add on and it kept them so busy the whole time! We appreciated having the separate areas for play and food/rest. The price was affordable compared to others in the area. I recommend this space for everyone looking!
