GIRL STRONG STRENGTH + CONDITIONING

For girls in grades 3-6 looking to build strength + get set up for success in sports training including: speed, agility, strength + sport specific foot work.

PROGRAM DETAILS

  • 6 weeks - April 16th - May 28th

  • Thursdays, 3:00-4:00pm - Grades 2-6

  • Held at Momentum Fit Studio in Salisbury, MA

Program Goals:

✔ Build foundational strength

✔ Improve coordination, balance, agility

✔ Teach safe movement patterns

✔ Encourage teamwork + kindness

✔ Empower girls to feel confident and build a strong mind-set

✔ Make exercise FUN (so they want to keep moving)
