GIRL STRONG STRENGTH + CONDITIONING

For girls in grades 3-6 looking to get a head start on their spring sports training including: speed, agility, strength + sport specific foot work.

PROGRAM DETAILS

  • 5 weeks - February 26th- March 26th

  • Thursdays, 2:45-3:45pm OR 4:00-5:00pm

  • Held at Momentum Fit Studio in Salisbury, MA

  • For girls in grades 3-6

Program Goals:

✔ Build foundational strength

✔ Improve coordination, balance, agility

✔ Teach safe movement patterns

✔ Encourage teamwork + kindness

✔ Empower girls to feel confident and build a strong mind-set

✔ Make exercise FUN (so they want to keep moving)
